Cancer

My first big experience of loss came in 1986, when my uncle was diagnosed with cancer. The talk around the house was quite depressing, and my thoughts immediately went looking for a cure. I couldn’t find a cure, so to my agony I had to resign to losing my uncle’s body three years later. I haven’t stopped looking for a cure, not by going to medical school, but by reading a lot about cancer. If I had cancer I would for sure do the Budwig diet to increase the amount of Omega-3 fatty acids, I would drink green smoothies to increase the amount of vitamins in my body in a very natural way, I would exercise, and for my spiritual well-being I would do The Work and fill out a judge-your-neighbor-sheet on the cancer.
I already eat a cereal based on the Budwig diet every morning. I will share the recipe here:
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. flax seeds
1 tbsp. flaxseed oil
2 tbsp. quark ( or organic cottage cheese)
1 banana
First, I grind the flax seeds in a coffee grinder and  I pour them in a cereal bowl. Then I mix the flaxseed oil with the cottage cheese for 30 seconds in a Magic Bullet mixer. Then I add the banana to the flaxseed oil/ cottage cheese mix and blend for another minute. Then I empty this mixture on top of the ground flax seeds. I top this with blueberries.

I  can find all of the ingredients at my local Wegmans.
